1. Login to FHB with your account
2. Click on the menu item *Add Choicetrax*
3. A new tab will open and you will be at the choicetrax homepage
4. Login to Choicetrax
5. Search for the tracks you want to add
6. Now when the results are returned, the track will either have a Stompy, Traxsouce and Beatport logo or all 3.  Which ever site you want to pull the track from, click on that logo
7. A new window will open up.  You will see the FHB logo.  Click the FHB logo
8. Now you are back on FHB will all the details filled out about the track.  Just put in a review and click submit.
9. Now the track is available to the FHB users on our site!

I didn't update the original post but I believe that *Primal* records is in there too so step 6 is really:
